Price revision PPSV – Modifiers - EMEA

Kaneka Belgium’s Performance Polymers Solutions Vehicle Modifier Division announces a price increase in EMEA by 200€/MT, effective April 1st, 2022. The steadily increasing European energy and freight costs made this decision unavoidable, despite continuous efforts to further enhance internal processes.

So far, Kaneka Belgium has absorbed a significant portion of the incremental energy and transportation costs. However, due to the exponential increase of these costs from early 2022 and with no improvement to be expected soon, Kaneka Belgium is no longer able to do so and must pass along a portion of the increased costs.

This temporary surcharge (monitored and reviewed monthly) applies to Kaneka Belgium’s entire Kane Ace™ portfolio of impact modifiers, processing aids and specialty additives.
